A leading company, Medical Resources Group (Pty) Ltd, is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join their administrative team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a medical environment who wishes to advance their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and answering phone calls.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
  • Maintain patient records and confidentiality in compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate with medical staff and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist in a medical setting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications: Relevant certifications or qualifications in administration or health care management are an asset.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
