A leading company is currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Office Assistant to join their team. This is a prime opportunity to contribute your organizational skills in a dynamic environment located in Hartbeespoort, North West.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and office support duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Efficiently manage filing, document preparation, and data entry tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability for daily operations.
  • Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant administrative or office management qualification preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R15,000 per month.
