Are you passionate about hospitality and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment? Hilton is currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Office Coordinator. This is a prime opportunity to join a renowned team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the housekeeping office and ensure smooth operations to deliver excellent service to guests and members.
  • Oversee the scheduling and allocation of housekeeping staff to ensure timely room preparation.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless communication and efficient task execution.
  • Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
