- All assessments must be prepared and graded timely to ensure students receive feedback that aids their academic growth.
- Develop course materials and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching methodologies, adjusting as necessary to meet student needs.
Requirements
- Qualification: A Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior teaching experience in higher education is preferred, particularly in engaging diverse student populations.
- A demonstrated ability to utilize technology effectively in educational settings, particularly online teaching platforms.
- Outstanding organizational skills with a commitment to student support and continuous improvement in teaching methods.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Market Salary: R25,000 – R40,000 per month.
