Exciting Opportunity: Office Project Coordinator in Cape Town

A leading company in the infrastructure sector, Hire Resolve is currently seeking a detail-oriented Office Project Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative and operational support within the team located in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative support to project managers and teams to facilitate successful project execution.
  • Coordinate and maintain project documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes to keep the team organized.
  • Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and manage communication between stakeholders.
  • Support budget tracking by managing invoices and financial records related to projects.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in office coordination or project support, preferably within infrastructure projects.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with project management software and tools is advantageous.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R144,000 – R216,000 per year.
