Key Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate the entire recruitment process including job postings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Support employees with HR-related inquiries, helping to create a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling employee relations and conflict resolutions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, aligning them with overall business goals.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and development.
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven HR Generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of employment legislation, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Competency: Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R345,000 – R400,000 per year.
