Exciting Opportunity: Human Resource Clerk – Hospital in Johannesburg

A leading company in the healthcare sector is currently seeking a dedicated Human Resource Clerk. This is a prime chance to join a dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain electronic (SAP) and paper-based personnel files, ensuring that all documentation is organized and accessible.
  • Complete filing and documentation tasks in a timely manner, supporting the overall efficiency of the HR department.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new staff, ensuring all necessary forms and documentation are prepared and filed correctly.
  • Prepare reports and handle inquiries related to employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Utilize computer systems efficiently, particularly Excel, SAP, and Outlook, to facilitate HR operations.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant HR qualification or experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with SAP is essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment would be beneficial.
  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; excellent communication abilities.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: Estimated Salary Range: R18,000 – R25,000 per month.
