Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the design and implementation of training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communications.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to enhance overall learning outcomes.
- Serve as a mentor and coach for trainers, facilitating growth and development within the training team.
- Develop training materials and resources, ensuring they are engaging, relevant, and up to date.
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Training, Education, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in training coordination or delivery environments.
- Registered Moderator at SETA (specify which SETA). Knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze training needs and assess training outcomes to improve program effectiveness.
💰 Salary Insight
