A leading company in the industry is currently seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join their busy office. This is a fantastic chance for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in administrative roles and has proficiency in data entry, particularly in the automotive sector, to work from the comfort of home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Support administrative functions by managing incoming communications and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely updating of databases and records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout the data management process.
  • Assist with quality control to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R12,000 – R18,000 per month.
