Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in HR Management or related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in 360 HR management specifically in a technical, engineering, or construction environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, recruitment strategies, and performance management systems.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R35,000 – R45,000 per month.
