Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective early childhood development training programs.
- Support and mentor facilitators in delivering high-quality educational experiences to children.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of training sessions.
- Engage with community stakeholders to promote ECD initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to ECD providers to enhance their service delivery.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Early Childhood Development or Education.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in ECD or related field, with a focus on training and facilitation.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
- Knowledge: Understanding of child development principles and ECD best practices.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
