Exciting Opportunity: Customer Value Maximisation Consultant in Randburg, Johannesburg

A leading company, Tracker, is currently seeking a skilled Customer Value Maximisation Consultant to join their Customer Value Management Contact Centre. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a vibrant team at their head office in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enhance customer satisfaction through effective management of customer value initiatives.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas where value can be maximized.
  • Develop and implement strategies that promote long-term customer loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customer-centric solutions that align with business goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and implement corrective measures as necessary.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer relationship management or customer service roles.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
