Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all quality-related activities within the automotive foam manufacturing process.
- Implement and maintain quality management systems compliant with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Conduct internal and lead audits to evaluate compliance with specified quality standards.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues to ensure a continuous improvement process.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality control procedures are adhered to at every stage of manufacturing.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in quality management within the automotive manufacturing sector (non-negotiable).
- Qualifications: Trained Internal/Lead Auditor with certifications in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA 6.3.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent communication abilities.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of automotive industry quality standards and practices.
💰 Salary Insight
