Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Ensure the bar area is clean and organized at all times.
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections.
- Monitor inventory and assist in the ordering of bar supplies.
- Engage with patrons to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records for bar sales.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barman or Barista in a high-volume setting.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with various cocktail recipes and beverage production methods.
- Certification: Relevant hospitality qualifications (an advantage).
- Availability: Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
💰 Salary Insight
