Exciting Opportunity: Assistant Front Office Manager in Johannesburg

A leading company in the hospitality industry, Minor International, is currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Front Office Manager. This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vibrant team in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the preparation of the hotel’s strategic and marketing plans to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare and manage the budget for the Front Office team, monitoring expenditures and optimizing efficiency.
  • Plan and implement comprehensive training programs for all Front Office employees to enhance service quality.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and evaluate employee performance to ensure the success of implemented training plans.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures for the Front Office department to streamline operations.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Front Office role within a hotel environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel management software and front desk operations.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
