Exciting Opportunity: Administration Officer – Contract (Remote) in Johannesburg

A leading company in the NGO sector is seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join their team remotely. This is an exciting chance for a detail-oriented individual to contribute meaningfully while working from the comfort of their home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
  • Coordinate with team members and management to facilitate communication and project implementation.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the organization.
  • Assist with grant applications and funding proposals, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries and provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience: Background in administrative roles, preferably within NGOs/NPCs is advantageous.
  • Availability: Must be able to start immediately or within 2 weeks of acceptance.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in administration or related fields are preferred but not essential.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R3,000 per month.
