Exciting Opportunity: Business Development Manager in East London

Are you a motivated professional with a passion for fintech? Omega People Solutions is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive merchant acquisition across a thriving fintech ecosystem in East London, Eastern Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead merchant acquisition initiatives to expand our client base effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to enhance revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs in the fintech sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and refine our service offerings.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against established targets.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development or sales roles, preferably in fintech.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
