Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects in the mining and engineering sectors, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline.
- Collaborate with various engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions for complex projects.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff throughout project life cycles.
- Implement engineering best practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (BEng/BSc) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Registration: Must have registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) or be working towards it.
- Experience: Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on large-scale projects.
- Skills: Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of mining regulations and industry standards.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R30,000 – R40,000 per month.
