Key Responsibilities
- Accurately capture and process medication scripts received at the Central Pharmacy center.
- Assist in the provision of information regarding medication and healthcare services to customers.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the pharmacy is well stocked with essential medications.
- Support pharmacists in administering medication therapy management and patient consultations.
- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations within the pharmacy environment.
Requirements
- Education: Completion of Further Education in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year working as a Pharmacist Assistant Post Basic.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Certifications: Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
