A leading recruitment agency, Danté Personnel Recruitment, is on the lookout for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary (Transfers). If you have a passion for the legal field and extensive experience in conveyancing, this position is an excellent opportunity for you in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the preparation and processing of transfer documents for property transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Handle queries relating to bond registrations and cancellations.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines related to conveyancing matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the firm’s systems.
  • Assist with the general administration and organization within the conveyancing department.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 6+ years as a Conveyancing Secretary with proven experience dealing with Bonds.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
