Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework to ensure effective data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Oversee the design and implementation of MEL strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate program effectiveness and improve strategies based on findings.
- Facilitate training and capacity-building workshops for staff to enhance MEL skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data consistency and integrity across various programs.
Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Psychology, or a similar field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data, and proficiency in statistical software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R45,000 – R60,000 per month.
