A leading company, Pillangó Placements, is currently on the lookout for a meticulous Payroll Administrator / Bookkeeper. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a remote team located in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process payroll using Sage 300 to ensure all employee payments are timely and correct.
- Maintain financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with general bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and documentation as required by legislative and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and management to resolve payroll-related issues and inquiries from employees.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in payroll administration and bookkeeping, ideally using Sage 300.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with South African payroll laws and regulations.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R20,000 per month.
