Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily electrical maintenance activities ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee instrumentation maintenance, focusing on calibration and testing of instruments to ensure accurate readings.
- Lead a team of technicians and ensure safety procedures are followed during maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting plant operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant diploma or degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience: At least 5 years of supervisory experience within an industrial maintenance environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in PLC systems and understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Certifications: Valid electrician’s license and any other relevant certifications.
