- Liaise with internal technical departments to identify training needs and ensure timely delivery of relevant content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make improvements based on participant feedback and performance metrics.
- Create training materials and documentation to support ongoing learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a technical training role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Skills: Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively.
- Proven track record in developing training programs tailored to diverse learner needs.
