A leading company, Faircape Group, is looking for an enthusiastic Barman/Waiter to join their team. This part-time role presents a fantastic opportunity to provide exceptional dining experiences across six premier retirement villages in the Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all residents and guests.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and inventory management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining setups, including banquets and events.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience as a waiter or bartender is preferred.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Certification: Must hold a valid ServeSafe or similar certification for alcohol service.
