Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring all guest needs are met with the highest level of service.
- Manage Food & Beverage services, including inventory of supplies and sourcing of quality products.
- Supervise housekeeping operations, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Handle financial reporting and support basic financial discipline, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships, including gift shop items and lodge supplies.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
