Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Chief Specialist: Governance and Compliance, providing insights and guidance on technical compliance matters.
- Evaluate and ensure adherence to both internal and external compliance regulations affecting operational processes.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance strategies and promote understanding of compliance obligations.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Legal, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a compliance role within the automotive or related industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and ability to interpret complex compliance issues.
- Competencies: Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R40,000 – R55,000 per month.
