Key Responsibilities
- Maximize sales opportunities in the store by engaging customers effectively and understanding their needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by providing product information and resolving any queries to enhance customer experience.
- Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards by adhering to merchandising guidelines.
- Support the team with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing the storeroom.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest products and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Qualification: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in sales or customer service will be an advantage.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
