Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and modifications on a variety of diesel-powered vehicles.
- Maintain accurate service records and report on vehicle condition.
- Collaborate with other mechanics and workshop staff to complete repair jobs efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements
- Trade Tested: Diesel Mechanic qualification.
- Experience: 5 – 7 years proven experience as a diesel mechanic.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of diesel engine systems.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work within a team environment and support colleagues.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R16,000 – R22,000 per month.
