Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, ingredient selection, and daily operations.
- Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service in accordance with hotel policies.
- Contribute to the culinary development and innovation of new dishes to enhance guest experience.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflows and excellent food quality.

Requirements
- Qualification: Culinary Arts diploma or relevant qualification.
