A leading company, Hire Resolve, is looking for a versatile and detail-driven Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or HR Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment in Durbanville, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive legal support, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Manage and organize legal files and case documentation for efficient retrieval.
  • Coordinate with clients and legal staff for schedules, meetings, and court dates.
  • Assist in the preparation of briefs and legal correspondence.
  • Handle HR-related tasks including recruitment processes, employee records, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information rigorously.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Degree or diploma in Law, Paralegal Studies, or Human Resources.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar legal or HR administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in legal software.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R350,000 – R450,000 per year.
