Exciting Opportunity: French Speaking Lodge Receptionist in Pongola

A leading company, Bushwise, is looking for a friendly and organized French Speaking Lodge Receptionist to join their team in Pongola, KwaZulu-Natal. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working with people, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide information regarding lodge amenities, local attractions, and activities.
  • Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communications.
  • Manage and coordinate guest requests and special requirements during their stay.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure cleanliness and proper presentation.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and French is essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Ability: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using office software and reservation systems.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R12,000 – R18,000 per month.
