A leading company, Bizcraft Innovations, is on the lookout for a motivated Personal Assistant. This is a fantastic chance for someone enthusiastic to join a vibrant team in Umhlanga and contribute to the efficient functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and various schedules to optimize productivity.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all resources are available when needed.
  • Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and basic bookkeeping to support financial operations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
