Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive monitoring interventions at various Non-governmental organisations (NGOs) involved with older persons.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs aimed at improving the well-being of the elderly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas needing improvement in service delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports to present findings on interventions, challenges, and successful practices.
- Provide recommendations for policy improvements based on monitoring outcomes.
Requirements

- Experience: Proven experience in monitoring or evaluation roles, particularly focused on elderly care.

💰 Salary Insight
