Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and present suitable used vehicle offerings.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Perform vehicle appraisals and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the used vehicle sector.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric; a degree in business or sales is advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in automotive sales, preferably with used vehicles.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
