Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full Debtors and Creditors functions to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations of accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding outstanding invoices and payments.
- Process all incoming and outgoing transactions accurately, maintaining organized records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis as required.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a financial department.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as Pastel, Sage, or similar.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
