A leading luxury hotel in Constantia, Cape Town, is eager to find a skilled Housekeeping & Maintenance Admin Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a prestigious establishment and ensure a seamless operation in hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily housekeeping activities to maintain cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and common areas.
  • Manage maintenance schedules ensuring timely repairs and upkeep of hotel facilities.
  • Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and maintenance tools.
  • Collaborate with department heads to streamline service operations and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor housekeeping staff performance, providing training and guidance as required.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in housekeeping or maintenance coordination within a hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and leadership abilities; proficient in using management software.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
