Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect the daily operations of civil construction projects to ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and manage site staff to ensure efficient project execution and timely completion.
- Report on project progress, managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations on site, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil construction supervision or as a foreman.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with an ability to resolve conflicts and ensure effective teamwork.
- Education: Relevant certifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
