Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring all activities run smoothly at the dispensary.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle self-medication consultations and assist customers with the front-shop layout and product selection.
- Follow up with patients to ensure their prescription tracking reports are updated and accurate.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and guidelines, including medication management.
Requirements
- Qualification: Post Basic Qualified Pharmacist Assistant registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
- Experience: Previous experience in a pharmacy or a similar retail environment is preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmacy software and inventory management systems.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R12,000 – R18,000 per month.
