Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs to improve staff knowledge and application of technology.
- Assess staff proficiency and identify areas for development within the technology stack.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective integration of technology into daily operations.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to staff to enhance their tech skills and proficiency.
- Conduct workshops and one-on-one training sessions tailored to different levels of tech experience.
- Gather feedback from trainees and adjust training materials to optimize effectiveness.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or certification in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a training or IT support role within a corporate environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable manner.
- Familiarity with various training methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in the latest technology trends and tools applicable to the firm’s operations.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R240,000 – R336,000 per year.
