A leading company, Pro Tem, is currently seeking a dedicated Legal Secretary. This is a prime opportunity to join a professional team in Roodepoort, Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized support in legal aspects related to levies and compliance.
  • Manage correspondence and maintain legal documents meticulously.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and legal professionals, ensuring smooth stakeholder interactions.
  • Conduct research and prepare case files for court proceedings.
  • Maintain scheduling and appointments for legal proceedings and consultations.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric/Grade 12 (essential).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a legal secretary role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficient in legal terminology.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
