Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant in Cape Town

An excellent chance awaits at the Western Cape Government for a Personal Assistant: Strategic Management and Operational Support. If you are looking to enhance your career in a dynamic environment, this role located in Cape Town, Western Cape could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to management in strategic planning and operational processes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and facilitate effective communication within departments.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations to support management objectives.
  • Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate logistics for events and engagements.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making processes for management.
  • Implement record-keeping practices to ensure efficient access to critical information and documentation.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree/diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Other: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R338,106 – R398,277 per annum.
