Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and personal assistance to the management team, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, including agendas and minutes.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of management.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
