Exciting Opportunity: Office Administrator/Receptionist in Port Elizabeth

A leading company, GIBB, is seeking a proficient Office Administrator/Receptionist to join their team in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. If you excel in administrative tasks and customer interaction, this position is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting clients and directing them appropriately.
  • Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments, ensuring clear communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage office supplies to ensure a well-organized environment.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation where required.
  • Support various departments by coordinating administrative projects and assisting colleagues.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an office administrator or receptionist role.
  • Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and practical knowledge of office equipment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
