Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain safety protocols across construction sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend actions to mitigate risks.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on best safety practices, emergency procedures, and risk assessments.
- Ensure that all incidents are reported accurately and investigated thoroughly to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain safety records and prepare reports for management on safety performance metrics.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant safety management certification or degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a safety role within the construction industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of local safety legislation and best practices; excellent communication and training abilities.

💰 Salary Insight
