HR Officer in Johannesburg, Gauteng

Exciting Opportunity: HR Officer in Johannesburg

A leading organisation within the supply chain sector, Pollock & Associates, is seeking an experienced HR Officer to provide comprehensive support and guidance to the HR department in Johannesburg, Gauteng. If you are passionate about human resources and are looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Provide HR support and advice to management and employees on policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and support professional development initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records and generate reports to assist in HR functions.
  • Coordinate and assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant HR qualification or degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar HR role, preferably in the supply chain or logistics sector.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HR software and systems.
  • Competency: Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
