Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of HCM solutions for a diverse range of clients, ensuring each project meets specific business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and draft functional specifications that guide development and implementation.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-implementation to enhance user experience and address any issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HCM to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in HCM software implementation, preferably with systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
