Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of maintenance services across hospitality and residential properties.
- Support the Property Management team by overseeing routine reports on maintenance conditions.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Manage the maintenance staff and assist in training and development.
- Evaluate and resolve maintenance service requests in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement budget plans for maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and manage contracts with external service providers.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualifications in facilities management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a maintenance management role, preferably in hospitality or residential settings.
