A leading company, Faircape Group, is currently seeking a dedicated Shift Leader – Registered Nurse. This is a prime opportunity to join a committed team in Onrus, Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate daily operational activities while maintaining the highest standards of nursing practices.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Implement and supervise nursing procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior nursing staff and students.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Qualifications: SANC registered as a Registered Nurse.
- Certification: Up-to-date Basic Life Support certification is advantageous.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a geriatric setting.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R35,000 – R50,000 per month.
