Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales of value-added finance and insurance products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage and maintain the finance and insurance debtor’s book effectively to optimize revenue.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to staff on financial products and services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports regarding finance and insurance activities.
Requirements
- Qualification: NC Accreditation and Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification are essential.
- Experience: Proven track record in finance or insurance management, particularly in automotive sectors.
- Certification: Regulatory Exam completion will be advantageous.
- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with a focus on customer service.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary Range: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
